Meet the Team
Ben Levenger
Founder/Executive Director
Ben has worked in the private development and downtown revitalization realm for years, witnessing the missing services within communities necessary to become more proactive with private development. Noticing this issue, he founded the Development Readiness Initiative non-profit in 2019, to train small to medium sized communities on what needs to be completed for private development community revitalization. Since beginning this service, he has trained numerous communities across the US on how to identify the community needs, set priorities and implement the necessary changes.
